About the Role
As Partnerships Manager - QLD, you will expand Destiny Rescue’s impact by cultivating partnerships with churches, businesses, and major donors in Brisbane and beyond. This home-based role offers the chance to grow our donor portfolio while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in the fight against child trafficking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new partnerships with churches, businesses, and donors to raise Destiny Rescue’s profile.
  • Identify and engage prospective donors to build a sustainable growth pipeline.
  • Represent Destiny Rescue at events and conferences to raise awareness and support.
  • Contribute to fundraising strategies across the region.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing donors, partners, and community groups.

About You
You are an experienced fundraiser with at least 5 years of business development and fundraising experience, particularly with churches and/or corporate partners. You excel in fast-paced environments, are driven to create new opportunities, and have the ability to adapt and lead in an ever-evolving landscape. You also possess strong administrative skills and have experience representing an organisation publicly.
