Whitley College is seeking an Assistant Director of TransFormation Programs to help lead and support a unique and life-giving formation community. For more than two decades, the TransFormation Program has equipped and inspired church leaders from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, shaping lives, strengthening churches, and building communities across Australia and beyond.
This role is both practical and pastoral. You will help deliver and support the program, walk alongside students in their formation journey, and contribute to a learning environment where study, spiritual growth, worship, and community are deeply integrated.
We are looking for someone with strong intercultural awareness, theological grounding, and a genuine commitment to supporting students as they grow in leadership, ministry, and service.
