Are you the person that God is calling to lead our vibrant and growing Youth ministry? This exciting leadership position will see you join a strong ministry team, working with a well-established team of young leaders to help shape and influence the lives of youth in Yrs 7-12.....
You will be responsible for:
Helping our youth (primarily comprising 2 nd -generation Australian-born high-schoolers) to encounter Jesus in fresh ways, using their God-given gifts to serve and reach out to others
Providing oversight and direction for the midweek and Sunday morning youth gatherings
Providing spiritual leadership, development and pastoral care for the youth
Continuing to develop and implement a missional vision and model under the leadership of the Executive Pastor
Overseeing the various leadership development streams within the ministry
Facilitating annual camps and retreats
