We are looking for an experienced caseworker who wants to make a difference in the lives of some of the most disadvantaged in our community....... Rough Edges is a keystone program of St John’s Community Services and has become a social institution in Darlinghurst having served and supported the disadvantaged community for over 35 years. Open four nights per week, we serve up to 60 “patrons” with free meals each night, providing them with a warm and safe space. Due to a three-year funding commitment, we are excited to offer a new position that will enable us to provide even more intense service to our patrons. Who are we looking for? This could be a great opportunity for someone who has: Experience as a caseworker, preferably working with people who are severely disadvantaged Hands-on knowledge to help people who are facing homelessness, addiction, mental health issues, and other complex social factor The ability to provide crisis...
